Accounting & Office Administrator for Growing Law Firm

A growing Personal Injury law firm is looking for a rising star to handle AP, Payroll and light HR duties.

Duties include:

  • Process settlements by receiving high volume of checks and depositing into correct accounts in a timely fashion
  • Pay medical providers/lien holders as noted on settlement statement
  • Invoice processing, check runs in Quickbooks
  • Be main point of contact for daily check & ACH confirmations from bank
  • Run payroll
  • Keep track of and validate employees’ PTO time
  • Validate employee expense reports

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable for a law firm
  • Personal Injury, Worker’s Comp or Insurance Defense firm experience preferred
  • Interest in learning payroll/HR duties & potentially growing into Office Manager role
