Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk for Non-Profit Organization

Duties:

  • Receptionist- answer phones and giving callers information, sorting and opening mail
  • Data entry / Processing- entering checks received into company database, entering donations into the system
  • Administrative- assisting with all other tasks around the office which could include light work in Word and light excel.

Experience Needed:

  • Two years of general office assistant which could include customer service, data entry, receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Solid typing skills- speed and accuracy
  • MUST live within 10 miles of Walnut Hill and 75
