Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk for Non-Profit Organization

- Receptionist- answer phones and giving callers information, sorting and opening mail
- Data entry / Processing- entering checks received into company database, entering donations into the system
- Administrative- assisting with all other tasks around the office which could include light work in Word and light excel.
- Two years of general office assistant which could include customer service, data entry, receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Solid typing skills- speed and accuracy
- MUST live within 10 miles of Walnut Hill and 75
- Health Insurance (PPO) or $600/month extra pay if you don’t need it
