A small Multi-Family General Contractor is seeking a Project Administrator.

Duties include:

  • Support Project Managers by handling any draws, lien wavers, construction draws, input payrolls, and job starts
  • Handle anything related to contracts and deadlines, insurance, and any warranty close outs
  • Work in Sage 100


  • 2+ years of Construction Office support
  • Exposure to Sage is highly preferred
  • Ok with working in office
