Construction Project Coordinator With Heavy Accounting

A Construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their PM’s and Accounting team.

Duties include:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a large commercial construction project. This includes all PM support, meeting deadlines for paperwork, and ensuring Accounting is up to date with supporting documents.
  • Pay applications entry and discrepancy research.
  • Accounts Payable and Billing for projects.


  • At least two years working in Construction project support
  • Must have entered Pay Applications
  • Excel- must be able to create a Pivot Table
