A Construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to work on high profile Construction projects.
Duties include:
- Project oversight from start to finish- talk to clients, set up project in system, follow up on necessary documents/deadlines, AIA billings, create owner pay apps, reconciliations, and all other duties as needed.
- Work in Sage 300
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Construction Coordination or Accounting including owner pay applications, AIA billings, and reconciling invoices.
- Sage 300 preferred not required
