A CEO of a multi-billion-dollar Investment bank is looking for an Executive Assistant and Photo Librarian. Duties for the position include using Photoshop to create family memory books that outline the special times (vacations, graduations, events, etc) the family has experienced, working with the Admin pool to meet needs from organizing travel, calendaring, setting up events and lunches, and just generally assisting with support as needed.
They are seeking someone with a bachelors’ degree who had at least a 3.0 GPA in school who knows Photoshop. A recent grad or someone with no more than ten years of total business experience.
