Design Oriented Large Order Customer Service

A Commercial Interiors Distributor is seeking help in its Large Order Customer Service department.

Duties for the position include:

  • Fielding phone calls and finding answers to questions,
  • Writing emails in response to questions,
  • Doing research on orders and resolving issues,
  • Assisting and guiding design choices,
  • Handling order Logistics,
  • Speaking to mostly large clients
  • Working with the Sales team to make sure all customers are receiving wonderful service.
  • Using Excel and Netsuite to ensure orders are updated

Qualifications:

  • Order entry and customer service- at least two years
  • Solid computer skills, Excel and NetSuite are a preference
  • Passion for retail or home interior products
