Design Oriented Large Order Customer Service

A Commercial Interiors Distributor is seeking help in its Large Order Customer Service department.
Duties for the position include:
- Fielding phone calls and finding answers to questions,
- Writing emails in response to questions,
- Doing research on orders and resolving issues,
- Assisting and guiding design choices,
- Handling order Logistics,
- Speaking to mostly large clients
- Working with the Sales team to make sure all customers are receiving wonderful service.
- Using Excel and Netsuite to ensure orders are updated
Qualifications:
- Order entry and customer service- at least two years
- Solid computer skills, Excel and NetSuite are a preference
- Passion for retail or home interior products
