Executive Assistant to CEO with Heavy Personal Duties

An Investment Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant for it’s CEO.

Duties include:

  • Oversee calendaring and scheduling for a very busy CEO.
  • Travel planning including corporate and high end family vacations. Scout locations which may mean travel 2-3 times a year.
  • Reports- creating program data, research projects, and board presentations.
  • Heavy amount of personal work which could include just about anything.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years as a Personal Assistant (corporate/family) or corporate CEO support role that includes a heavy amount of personal work.
  • Able to work 8 am-6 pm schedule Monday-Friday. Duties will be performed Ft Worth in-office but may include errand running.
  • Exposure to planning private aviation is a preference
