Experienced Household Manager for Large Estate

A Ft. Worth Family is seeking an expereinced Household Assistant Manager for their Estate.

Duties include:

  • House management- packing for trips, shopping, record keeping, greeting/scheduling repairs, and assisting with all duties for the household.
  • Heavy calendaring for family and household staff of 40 people, family, and even the pets. Must keep very organized checklists of “to do’s” and follow up on execution.
  • Oversight of inventory (coming in/out) and household budget.
  • Heavy event planning of large scale society events in the house.
  • Available to work a 50-hour work week any five of seven weekdays plus extensive travel both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and graduated with at least a 3.0 GPA (verifiable).
  • 2+ years experience supporting a household or planning events or even Personal Assistant work
  • Must have or be willing to get a covid vaccine
