A large specialty practice is seeking someone to oversee clinic property management and new practice facility oversight.

Duties:

  • Leases- oversight from inception to renewal
  • Landlord relations- making sure landlord and practice are in good standing, follow up on any “to dos”
  • Construction oversight in any locations new or old- ensuring everything is in working order

Qualifications:

-5+ years experience in Property Management, Facilities, or any kind of Real Estate oversight (leases, landlord relations, construction, etc)

-Work in a healthcare Real Estate setting would be a big plus
