Insurance Accounting Clerk

A Financial Services company that backs the Insurance world is seeking an Accounting Clerk.

Duties include:

  • Generate invoices for roughly 40-50 clients. Ensure invoices are uploaded to system
  • Cash payment posting, making sure codes match up on payments.
  • Key in tax data (not a calculation)
  • Mailing, filing, scanning documents and reports.
  • Work heavily in Excel- editing Pivot Tables, light formulas all with in already
  • Report preparation including printing statements, reviewing for accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with Accounting Clerk Experience or Bachelors in Accounting
  • Work in Excel editing pivot tables and light formulas
