A Financial Services company that backs the Insurance world is seeking an Accounting Clerk.
Duties include:
- Generate invoices for roughly 40-50 clients. Ensure invoices are uploaded to system
- Cash payment posting, making sure codes match up on payments.
- Key in tax data (not a calculation)
- Mailing, filing, scanning documents and reports.
- Work heavily in Excel- editing Pivot Tables, light formulas all with in already
- Report preparation including printing statements, reviewing for accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma with Accounting Clerk Experience or Bachelors in Accounting
- Work in Excel editing pivot tables and light formulas
