Sr. Staff Accountant for a Friendly Team

Duties for the role include:
- Heavy billing the customers for the work they’ve done
- Accounts Receivable- payment posting, light B2B via email
- Time and Materials Billing- from calculations to invoice, job costing
- Vendor set up and assist with Sales bookings
- Monthly reporting, month end close, prepare journal entries, and meet company accounting deadlines
- Balance sheet reconciliations and following up on discrepancies
- Variance analysis
- Differed maintenence account revenue recognition
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of Accounting
- Exposure to revenue recognition and variance analysis
